Terms of use

The site, the trial, the instance. No infrastructure jargon.

1. Noemie OS is published by Kladriva. Requesting access asks us to open a dedicated instance for your company: one WhatsApp session, one inbox, an optional agent.
2. WhatsApp is linked by QR, like a connected device. This is not a Meta Business API contract.
3. One instance, one number. No multi-number accounts.
4. The AI agent is never “unlimited”. Inbox without AI: off. Inbox + limited AI: a monthly token credit; at $0 the agent stops, the inbox continues. Agent: a higher quota, then usage billing.
5. You can stop the agent at any time. Off = no more model calls. Messages keep arriving.
6. Access is prepared within 24 business hours at launch. We do not promise an instant opening.
7. Freemium is free. Premium is a launch price hypothesis on /tarifs, adjustable, with no 12-month lock-in at launch. Online payment may follow; it does not block the request.
8. The site and the instance may change. Unlawful use, spam or impersonation closes the instance.
